Our management services include marketing vacant properties, collection of rental payments, accounting and bookkeeping as related to the properties, showing the property to potential residents, handling the leasing paperwork, facilitating day-to-day maintenance needs and property inspections. In addition, we are flexible and can tailor our services to fit an individual clients needs as well.
We use modern technology for our marketing of the properties, communication with clients and tenants, and the disbursement and receipt of funds. This technology also provides our residents the opportunity to pay their rent online and convenience to our owner clients with electronic deposit.
